Ever since touring with the Zac Brown Band as Tour Chef, Collins knew he wanted to land back home in Fayette County to establish a restaurant of his own. After serving as Brown's personal chef, Collins has spent the last five years as Camp Southern Ground's Executive Chef. His culinary style infuses his Southern roots with a dash of creativity, a pinch of comfort, and a tad bit of surprise. The concept for his own restaurant has been brewing for years, and finally, he has found the winning recipe--passion for people, a cohesive team, and a vision for food that serves a purpose. He can't wait to serve up his two favorite passions--good food and friendship--at this new hometown hangout.
